Who can become a Gift of Body donor?

Almost anyone can be a gift of of Body donor.

There is no upper age limit for donation. The lower age limit for donation in most cases is eighteen (18) years of age.

Suitability for donation is being on medical and social history, including height and weight considerations, and is assessed at the time of death.

Most long term illnesses (i.e. cancer patients) are acceptable for Gift of Body donation.
